Conveniently located 2 minutes from the Great Wolf Lodge and 10 minutes from Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, the College of William and Mary, and several parks, this three-bedroom, three baths, big-basement stand alone house lets you explore “the Burg” hassle-free and recharge in a restful space on the back of the Waller Mill reservoir woods. The yard features beautiful landscaping, a large fire pit with solo stove & cozy backyard lights. The space The first floor features an open kitchen/ living space. From there, one can enter the master bedroom (left)with its own private bathroom, or, turning right, two smaller bedrooms with a full bath in the middle. The back screened-in porch spans the width of the house - a cozy space with string lights and a Biergarten bench from Germany, a sectional and rocking chairs. The basement is a 900 s/f family room with a large sectional, a long dining table that comfortably seats 10 and plenty of space to socialize and relax (washer and dryer are also downstairs). The basement leads to a cozy patio space (w Weber grill) with a spacious fire pit / solo stove overlooking the back meadow and woods. Guest access The entire house is yours to access. First floor - 3 bedrooms 2 baths, living room / kitchen. Washer and dryer are in the basement and can be accessed from within the home via privacy door and flight of stairs or from the back (basement door). We do ask that you do not leave kids unattended in the basement (the space connects to the backyard - it is a tempting place to play but not yet child-proof. Other things to note We have not set up a security deposit and trust that you will notify us of damages (to the property and/or furniture, etc.).
