100 ft of Waterfront Guest Cabin with private deck. Full-sized kitchen, BBQ, 65" TV, sleigh bed, patio, yard, and Dock. Come and relax by the lake. Take a ride on the kayak, paddleboat or canoe. Enjoy a sunset cruise and smores at the fire! Enjoy a paddle at The Beaver Tree Lodge. Cozy up by the indoor wood fireplace, check out the stars, go for a walk on the local hiking trails, or grab dinner in Buckhorn or Bobcaygeon! Just 20 mins. Watch out for the beaver, turtles, and ducks! Enjoy the view! The space You will have full access to the entire separate Guest Cabin to the right of the property. We will provide a Key Code to enter the premise. The space comes with a full-sized kitchen and bathroom with a full shower. You have your own private deck and use of the fire fit. Please make sure the fire is completely out when you are finished. There is a bucket under the sink for to use to put the fire. You have full use of the dock, paddleboat, and kayak. Guest access You will have a separate entrance on the right side of the property. You can park in the first driveway on the right. There is a boat and grey car parked to the side of your driveway. You will have private parking for two if needed. Access to the water/backyard is through the Cabin. Other things to note Not recommended to drink tap water. It has been tested and is safe to use for cooking and boiling. Water dispenser provided with spring water for drinking. If the empty light comes on please message and I can bring another jug, otherwise there is additional water in the bottom cupboard to the left of the sink. There is a wood stove and wood to burn. A few things to note about the stove; it does not have a flue. To get the air going, just before you start the fire, light a piece of paper inside the stove at the back under the chimney. If you need to leave the door open a crack to get some air flow you can. Please only put one or two pieces of wood in at a time as it gets really hot fast. 😊 There is additional wood in the blue bin on the front porch. The couch is a lazy boy so use the handles on the side to extend the footrests. The cushions to the patio chairs outside are in the deck box under the cover. Please enjoy the wifi, Roku in the living room and Apple TV with Prime in the bedroom. There is also a dvd player in the bedroom TV. DVDs are in the large mirror cabinet in the living room.
