Stag party in style - Eider bow tie
Description
Bathed in all the colors of nature, Haus Eiderschleife is nestled in an undiscovered paradise right on the water—just 1 hour and 20 minutes from Hamburg. Situated atop a moraine—which came to a halt at this very spot during the Ice Age—the property offers a magnificent panoramic view across the countryside and the River Eider. It is located directly adjacent to a water-skiing area, a swimming beach, and a marina for motorboats and sailboats, all within a charming little village. The space ...an absolutely wonderful, almost undiscovered paradise situated right on the water... "Eiderschleife" sits atop a moraine—a glacial ridge that came to a halt at this very spot during the Ice Age. It offers you a breathtaking, unique view stretching across the Eider River, out into the open countryside, and along the river's winding course. Bathed in sunlight from the east, south, and west, the terrace provides the perfect setting for you and your group to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Furnished with love and attention to detail, the property is ideally suited for groups of 10 to 14 people, offering ample space for everyone. All sleeping quarters are located on the upper floor, including a stylish suite featuring a spacious private terrace. On the ground floor, a stunning panoramic view awaits you in the loft-style living area, alongside a sun-drenched terrace and direct access to the motorboat harbor; a swimming beach is also just a two-minute walk away. A variety of activities, local highlights, and regional services—combined with the charming atmosphere of the village—are sure to delight you throughout your stay. Boat trips (May–September, or by prior arrangement), swimming right on your doorstep, stand-up paddling, and nearby canoe rentals. Sailing marinas located right outside your door; electric boat rentals on the Treene River; canoeing excursions; and—by arrangement—evenings spent around a campfire or cozying up by the indoor fireplace. Vegan and vegetarian buffets available upon request from a local organic farm; Highland beef available upon request; and—if desired—smoked fish or pan-fried eel served with roasted potatoes (all food options are provided by regional suppliers and incur an additional cost). Yoga sessions available upon request; local organic catering services; and romantic barbecue evenings on the terrace—complete with a campfire—for self-catering guests. A sunny terrace, furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, invites you to sit back and unwind—offering spectacular views of the sky as it shifts through a thousand colors from sunrise to sunset. Our ideal guests are easy-going, relaxed people who know how to take things in stride and don't mind letting the little things slide. - Gatherings of friends - Cycling groups - Hiking enthusiasts - Swimming clubs - Anglers - Yoga groups - Regulars' tables - Nature lovers - Family reunions - Birthday celebrations - Stylish bachelor parties - Small groups of wedding guests A security deposit of €300 is payable upon arrival. Outdoor Area: Music is permitted on the terrace until 10:00 PM, after which the festivities may continue by the campfire. For groups of up to 24 people, you may contact me to inquire about accommodation at *Eiderschleife* and *Eider-Unikatum*—two lovely properties located in this beautiful village. Guest access You will be staying on the upper floor of the house, occupying the suite—complete with panoramic windows, a huge terrace offering sensational views of the countryside and the River Eider—as well as four additional rooms. The terrace features a barbecue grill, while the garden boasts a campfire pit and offers stunning panoramic views of the Eider, along with direct access to the promenade—home to outdoor fitness equipment, a swimming beach, and a marina for both motorboats and sailboats. We kindly ask that you refrain from causing any noise disturbances after 10:00 PM, particularly outdoors. Typically, I would not need to explicitly state this; however, for the sake of certain groups, this rule is now clearly set out in the text. This does not, however, mean that you are not allowed to laugh or have a wonderful time at this magnificent little corner of the world. Other things to note We look forward to welcoming guests—including bachelor parties—provided they conduct themselves *with style* and adhere to the house rules! Please refrain from loud shouting or bringing large loudspeakers. Swimming at the beach, boating, stand-up paddling, fire barrels, barbecues, campfires, a raft... Give me a call, and I’ll be happy to offer recommendations for local providers. Please remember to bring firewood for the campfire pit, candles for the lanterns, charcoal and fire starters for the grill, and dishwasher tablets. Shopping options are available nearby for top-quality barbecue meat—specifically Highland beef—from a local organic farm. NEW! In the village, you can now order freshly fried eel served with roasted potatoes, smoked eel platters with baguette, or beef from the organic farm. Goulash soup and pea soup—freshly prepared in advance by our excellent local market—are also available for purchase. Boats are available for use only from mid-May through the end of September.
