Central Nicosian Cyprus House in Beautiful Garden

It is a lovely house combines modern and traditional elements, and fully furnished. Convenient for resting after an adventurous exploration, as well as to work and study. The garden is very large, there are various seating arrangements under the trees. Air-conditioners are available in bedrooms, as well as a fan. It has always hot water by solar panel system. It's in walking distance to restaurants, commercial facilities, Old City, public transportations in both northern and southern Nicosia. The space ABOUT THE HOUSE The house was build in 1936 and renovated in 2017 and 2023 for the airbnb guests. It is a lovely house which combines modern and traditional elements by its structure and furniture, and it is fully furnished. Very convenient for resting after an adventurous touristic explorations, as well as to work and study: wireless, various desks, and orthopedic study chair are all ready. The mature garden surrounding the house is very large and quiet which includes car parking place and sitting and dining facilities in different parts under the almond, orange, lemon, tangerine, olive, cypress, laurel, plum, pomegranate, fig, mulberry, myrtle, and date-palm trees. There are lots of herbs, plants, flowers in the garden such as jasmines, scented Cypriot roses, as well as oleanders, rosemary, mints, sage, thyme, Cypriot oregano. Guests will find all necessary kitchen utensils at the kitchen cupboards, and be able to cook if they wish so. Two wardrobes are full of bed sheets, pillows, blankets, winter quits, towels, sea-towels, bathrobes, table covers, and various size carpets. On the other hand, iron, iron table, and other ironing materials, hangers, rag for washed clothes are either in the wardrobes or in the living room. Clothes-pegs are in a basket in the kitchen where the washing-machine, plastic bowls and other washing liquids are. The house has air-conditioners in each bedroom, as well as a fan. There is always hot water by the natural solar panel system, but if it is cloudy winter time the guests can use electric system for hot water. The electric switch of the hot water is at the small hall which has shelves and sink and mirror. To turn on the switch for 15 minutes is enough to supply hot water and the switch must be turned off after 15 minutes and before having shower. There are a glass and a wooden entrance doors with safety chain. While the main entrance doors open a large veranda to the front garden, the kitchen has a backdoor to the backside of the garden. The house has two bedrooms and a living room: In the first bedroom there is a one-and-half size (larger than single, smaller than double), and in the second bedroom there is a double size bed, and both are real beds with orthopedic mattresses . In addition of this, there is another extra single real bed in the living room if it is needed. Total capacity of the house is for 4 persons. There is a free parking in front of the house, as well as the semi-close parking place in the garden. Guests have access to everything in the house and in the garden. We will be happy to help them for their any needs and requests. The house has a perfect location: It is in Yenisehir (Neapolis), a quiet, calm, safe, friendly and nice, green neighbourhood, yet very close to the city centre(s) in both Northern (Turkish-Cypriot) and Southern (Greek-Cypriot) sides of Nicosia. Guest access ABOUT THE ACCESS Guests can access everything they need at the house, the garden and the street, including a supermarket, pharmacy, delicatessen, 24/7 shops, the biggest stationary and photocopy centre in the town. The house is a perfect location: It is in Yenisehir (Neapolis), a quiet, calm, safe, friendly and nice, green neighbourhood, yet very close to the city centre(s) in both Northern (Turkish-Cypriot) and Southern (Greek-Cypriot) sides of Nicosia. It is only 15 minutes walking distance to the old Walled City (Old Town) of Nicosia while it is only 10 minutes walking distance to the Ledra Palace checkpoint to pass the South (Greek-Cypriot) part of Nicosia. The Kyrenia Gate of Walled City which is 15 minutes away has ethnographic Museum, old Sufi Monastery of whirling dervishes, and Venetian Obelisk. Northern Cyprus inter-cities bus terminal is at the neighbourhood in 3 minutes walking distance, and Kyrenia Avenue to catch all Kyrenian district transportations is 2 minutes away. There are supermarkets, shopping centres, pharmacies, and many restaurants on that avenue. The parallel road of the house is also one of the main street for restaurants, and guests easily can find all kind of cuisines, Cypriot, Turkish, Italian, German, Chinese, Tai, Japanese, etc. It is also short walking distance to Dereboyu (Riverside), the main commercial road and liveliest area which bars, coffees, and restaurants are open all day and night. Top of it the main square of the Yenisehir (Neapolis) neighbourhood which is just a minute away has many Cypriot, Greek, and Turkish style tavernas that the guests enjoy and discover the local tests. Once the guests pass the Ledra Palace checkpoint into Southern side of the city, they can reach parks and riverside jogging places, as well as the Walled City and from the Paphos Gate of the Walls. They can access from there to shops, the Museums of Cyprus, as well as bars, coffees, restaurants and a non-stop night life of Nicosia. It is easy to find taxis just at the Greek-Cypriot side of the Ledra Palace checkpoint to the cities of Southern Cyprus such as Limassol, Aya Napa, Paphos, and Larnaca which the main international airport is there. The buses depart to other towns from Solomou Square. It takes 45 minutes to Larnaca Airport (Southern Cyprus) and 30 minutes to Ercan Airport (Northern Cyprus) by car from the house.sts will be able to access to the whole house and garden. Apart from these very useful leaflets on water sports, eco tourism, endemic plants, turtle beaches, and foods are all ready waiting for the guests.
