Luxurious house with super comfy beds (see reviews). Free Parking. Nice riverside walk to centre (20 mins) or use bus or tram nearby. Very quiet for a good sleep. Local cafes plus Aldi & Lidl. 5 mins. Netflix, Sky, a lovely sitting room to relax in at days' end. Experienced superhosts go the extra mile to ensure you love Dublin as much as we do! Very close to Convention Centre and 3Arena, Fairview and Croke Parks. Outside eating area and modern kitchen & bathroom:-). The space This is our home which we have created as a stylish and inviting space. We hope that you will enjoy your time here. The house has a lot of old world charm with its high ceilings, bright aspect and cosy places to lounge but kitchen and bathroom are completely modern with some nice extras like a nespresso machine (we'll leave capsules) and in our bathroom you'll find a new and very deep bath if you feel like a long soak after a hard day. We will even leave some bubble bath for you :-) Guest access If you rent the entire house then all our home is open to you apart from a home office and playroom. We will give you a guide which covers : Our Home Our area (Docklands) The city's attractions includling all our favourite restaurants and pubs and so on, Public transport info Gigs, and upcoming events (we both work in the arts and know a lot of interesting events coming up) Tell us your preferences and we will tell you what might be fun for you to do. Other things to note This is a very old house (built 1892) and it's been fully remodelled (new wiring, insulation, heating and plumbing) but we have deliberately retained some of its original features and fittings including the original flooring on the ground floor. This space is our home a lot of the time so it is not a 'beige' corporate let . For that reason we leave our books, music etc for you to enjoy and the furniture and fixtures especially beds, bed linens and towels are of a very high standard.
