Pets allowed w/fee. Includes 2 bikes! Heated outdoor shower and comfy side porch. Large grassy yard with firepit and Adirondack chair seating! The space 4 BR and 2 1/2 baths...two kings, one queen and two twin beds. Corner lot facing beautiful marsh sunsets. Walk to the beach! Large grassy yard ( firepit, hammock, chairs). Lots of parking. If you are looking for an uncrowded beach, this rental house is for you! Our neighborhood does not have any condos or hotels nearby which bring big crowds. Walk 2 short neighborhood blocks to our beach. Or ride bikes!----our house includes two bikes for your use. We are located on a corner lot (Ocean Road and Eighth Street) facing the marsh in the East Beach neighborhood. We are 8 blocks from crowded public beach access points of Coast Guard Station (1st Street) and Gould’s Inlet (15th Street). Book our house to stay away from these crowds! Walk two blocks to the beach and transport your beach chairs, towels and cooler in our beach buggy with large sand friendly wheels. Other things to note Enjoy the two bikes we have for our tenants use. Use the beach buggy to pull you belongings to the beach. The beach is a 4 minute walk: straight out our front door, turn left and walk 2 blocks down our street until your feet hit the sand. We have a strict cancellation policy and highly recommend you get trip insurance in case you need to cancel your stay.
