This spacious Ground Floor Garden Annexe is attached to the main house, but it is completely separate, with it's own entrance and enclosed terrace. Stunning, far reaching, views which look out, through large bay windows, towards the beautiful South Downs, only 6 miles away. The area is perfect for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers alike. Many footpaths and bridleways to choose from on our doorstep. A beautiful light filled space well appointed and with a cosy wood burner for winter nights. The space A large living room with a kitchen at one end and sofas and wood burner at the other end with a smart television. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. A spacious shower room and entrance hall for hanging coats or wet shoes. The bedroom has a king size bed and built in storage. We use hypo allergenic bedding or wool bedding for allergy sufferers. The flat is full of light and decorated in neutral scandi-style. There is a sofa-bed in the living room for additional guests. Guest access The guests have use of the whole space and the terrace within the fenced area. No access to the garden outside the fenced terrace.
