The holiday apartment is located in our house on the ground floor and is perfect for mountain and nature enthusiastic groups and for cosy evenings. Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort. The space The accommodation on the ground floor of our house can accommodate up to 9 persons, Max 6 adults + 3 Children (120m²) - the Bauernstube as the central heart of the accommodation opens into the modern kitchen area, which leads into three separate rooms. On request, we provide a babybed for free. In the room there is a small oven, a large dining table and cozy corners. A bathroom (with bath) and a toilet are accessible from the living area, one room is additionally equipped with a small bathroom (shower and toilet). The entrance of the accommodation is separate from our house entrance, on the ground floor of the house. The terrace is accessible through the kitchen, a room and the entrance. Other things to note Sometimes guests reserve our mountain house to celebrate a special occasion and we are very happy that they chose our mountain house. It is the ideal place to spend convivial evenings with friends or family. However, we ask all guests to respect the special atmosphere of the place (nature, conviviality, mountain idyll, tranquility). The apartment was designed and built in such a way that your privacy is wonderfully protected (good insulation, no direct opposite with our living area upstairs, own terrace and separate entrance). We would like to let you know in advance that there is a quiet time from 22.30 pm to 7 am. Thank you for your understanding!
