Sweeping canyon views, peaceful centrally located residential neighborhood with Auburn State Recreation Area footsteps away. The space The guest cottage is separate from our main home and overlooks the American River Canyon. We are available on site for any needs but respect your privacy. Separate entrance to the cottage and garage parking with cottage access from the garage as well. The cottage offers a fully functioning kitchen. The queen size bed offers amazing sunrise views. Walk-in closet and full sized inflatable sofa bed that pulls out into additional sleeping space. Due to the high risk of fire danger in this beautiful canyon, we ask that no smoking of any kind be permitted on the property. Thank you for your understanding. We are a family friendly property and you may see us about the property. We have 3 older children and a very friendly pup named Nikki. Guest access Lock box entrance can allow for contactless check-in or we are happy to greet you and welcome you to our home. We are available for any questions or concerns. Parking in the carport or garage is available. Currently no backyard access. Other things to note We are pet friendly. Limited to no more than two small to medium sized pets per stay. An additional pet fee of $40 per stay is applicable. Safety: We happily welcome small children, we have taken some measures for child safety but the cottage is not 100% child proof. Additionally, because of our close proximity to the American River Canyon we will often see wildlife such as turkeys, deer, foxes and even bears. Bears will often come out at night to look for food. Please do not attempt to approach or feed any of the wildlife. Quiet time begins at 9pm. Excessive noise or parties is not allowed. This is a unique residential neighborhood and we would like to fully respect the peace and privacy of our neighbors.
