The space The cosy living room has a 4 seater sofa, chair, poof & large foot stool (which could be used for extra seating or with a tray double up as a coffee table). There is a smart TV on the wall and a useful nest of tables. The beautiful adjacent dining room can comfortably seat 6 people and can also double up as a laptop friendly workspace. The kitchen is fully fitted with a ceramic hob, electric double oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer/drier, microwave, toaster and kettle. The cupboards provide plenty of space for groceries and all the pots, pans etc you should need for your stay. The master bedroom is situated on the top floor & has a double bed, smart TV on the wall, wardrobes, chest of drawers and en-suite toilet and vanity sink. The second double bedroom is situated on the first floor & has a double bed, smart TV on the wall & built in wardrobe. The third bedroom has a small double bed, so 2 people could sleep in this room at a pinch, if required …. very snug though. There are plenty of bathroom facilities, with a ground floor bathroom with bath and shower over, first floor shower room and second floor en-suite toilet and sink. To the rear is a courtyard garden with table, seating and parasol, perfect for alfresco drinking and dining in the summer months. The garden enjoys a pleasant sunny aspect. Free on street permit parking is available for one car. If you have additional cars then I would be happy to help with finding you alternative parking. WiFi is available free of charge for guests. N.B If this house is fully booked, my home, a 2 bedroom terraced house on the same street, may be available. Please just ask. I have also recently refurbished a 2 bedroom terrace on the other side of the river. Guest access The whole house and courtyard garden will be yours when you stay.
