Double room w/balcony, conected with highway

Fully renovated (2022) fourth floor apartment (with lift!). I have a free double room with access to the balcony and a folder mattress (100*190) for a party of three. The space Hi! I have a new and spacious apartment, with all the rooms facing the outside, in a quiet neighborhood where you can get to know Eibar or the Basque Country. I offer you a spacious room with a very comfotable and very little used. For partys of three people, I have a comfortable folding mattress of 90x190 cm. The room has direct access to a long balcony, where it is the only place where you can smoke. There is a donkey-style closet. You would share this new, modern and sunny apartment just with me. It's clean, tidy and comfortable, which I hope my guests enjoy as much as I do. I work from home, so I ask my guests to respect the order and tranquility of the apartment. The bathroom is shared with me and has two doors, one from the office-dressing room (private) and another from the living-dining room. All bathroom amenities as well as towels are included. There is a hairdryer in the second drawer of the bathroom. IMPORTANT: You can use the kitchen to prepare breakfast and light cooking, and also the fridge to store your food. No stews, bakings or long recipes allowed. Use of the oven restricted. You can use the condiments that are in the kitchen (salt, sugar and spices). There is a laundry next to the appartment. Fast Wi-Fi connection. Free access to HBO Max and Amazon Prime Video from the TV. CHECK-IN is flexible, but I need to agree it with you in advance. Sometimes I will leave the key in a secure lockbox, so you can get to the apartment by yourself. During check-in, all guests over 16 years will have to fill and sign out the mandatory passenger form, established by the Regulation BOPV 235 of 12/12/2022. For children under 14 years old, parents will have to fill and sign the form. If I'm not at home, I will ask to guests to fill the form and send it me back in 24 h., so I can make the registration. CHECK-OUT always before 11.00 am. Ongietorri (welcome) to my apartment. Guest access Kitchen use is limited to the preparation of breakfast and light cooking. No stews, roasts or similar. Use of the fridge is allowed. Oven use restricted. You can use the products I leave in a box for guests (salt, sugar , oil, vinegar...). During your stay I am available for any questions.
