A magnificent barn and outbuildings complete the ensemble, set in a large garden of around 2000 m2 facing Mont Beuvray and the village! The main accommodation comprises a living room with French-style ceiling, fully-equipped kitchenette (fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.), a living room with antique parquet flooring and a raised ceiling overlooking the panorama (Apple TV + orange TV), a small bedroom (queen-size bed 160 ) and a spacious bathroom in Burgundy stone (toilet + shower). This living space is ideal for a couple! A storage cupboard is at your disposal. Some of the closed cupboards contain our personal belongings (it's true that we love to recharge our batteries here whenever we can 🌸🌸). In addition to this accommodation, an outside access leads to a second sleeping / working area, dormitory style equipped with a desk area, 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90, appreciated by children / teenagers or a second couple for more independence. A shaded terrace features garden furniture, a swing, barbecue and deckchairs in fine weather, so you can enjoy the view and the garden. A laundry room (not renovated) on the ground floor provides extra garden chairs, a washing machine, some outdoor games, a clothesline, a water point and can accommodate your bicycles if required 🚴 Other things to note Please do not use bleach in the toilets or anything other than toilet paper (false septic), do not walk on the living room parquet floor in shoes and, on your departure, dispose of your rubbish in the calvary , turn the radiators down to 12 in the cool season and lock up and return all the keys provided.
