The area is made exclusive to you and is accessed through the front door used by guests only. It includes four rooms; a double bedroom, shower room, dining room and snug with a small sofa bed. Our house is situated in the countryside, only two miles out of Abergele. Enjoy all the expectations of those that love being in the countryside. The house has beautiful views, is tranquil and will allow you to relax and use as a base for experiencing all that North Wales has to offer. The space The entrance is via the front door, only used by you. The key safe is situated on the right hand side of the first entrance step. The key code will be sent to you prior to your visit. There are four small steps to the door and a left handrail to use if needed. The bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobe and bedside cabinets. There is a hair dryer for you to use. There is a lock on the bedroom door for privacy. If a third / fourth person or two children wish to come their sleeping facilities is a small three seater sofa bed in the private lounge/ snug. The dinning area is fitted with table and four chairs, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Tea, coffee and milk, crockery and cutlery are provided. Please note there is no cooker, hob or kitchen sink in the areas. Washing cutlery, crockery etc and replenishing your filtered water is carried out with a room service system, using the trolley in the hall. Items will be replenished during the mornings and placed back on the trolley. The Snug has a small double sofa bed, 32” colour tv, a folding leaf table and chairs for games or working. Access the chairs by pulling them out from under the table on the right hand side. The shower room has a quadrant shower; it is an accessible shower and only has an on/off switch and a temperature switch. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are supplied, as are towel sets. Wi-Fi is available although being in the country it is sometimes slower than normal. The decking furniture and any chairs and tables in the grounds can be used. Guest access The area is private to you. The entrance is through the front of the house. The four shallow steps have a left handrail if needed. The one door with glass panels is covered so no one can see into the hall for your privacy. Other things to note If you wish to check in earlier or check out later please ask.
