An old refurbished olivefarm with amazing viuw

An old olivefarm refurbished from a ruin to it`s original state. Situated on a hillside overlooking the Ionian sea far away from noisy streets surrounded by hundreds of olivetrees, Cypresses and fruit trees, If you want rest and stillness, this is the place. The access to the house is a little challenging with steep, narrow roads climbing up the hillside. the reward is when you reach the property and sit down gazing at the viuw, So you will need a car or scooter to het up here! The space The house is a to building, 2 store each complex. The upperfloor apartement is compeatly separate from the first and middle floors with its own entrance. When you book this apartement it`s blocked for others to book. You have your own entrance, bathroom and a small kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms. You are also welcome to use the outdoor terrace under the big olilvetree where the outdoor barbaque is situated. Guest access You will have access to the 1 to 4 rooms on the top of the house, depends on how many rooms you have rented. You have your own bathroom and a small kitchen and a terrace outside of the entrance to the top floor. You are always welcome to use the mainterrace area also and the outdoor shower. Other things to note The road up from Aphrodites Supermarket (By the mainroad) is narrow and with many curves. It`s 1.5 km from Aphrodites Supermarket to the first parkingplot. The access to the property from the road leading up to Katavolos is even more narrow and challenging. Ità a steep concrete road. If you are uncomfortable with driving on narrow steep roads this place of mine may not be a place for you. Most people park downstair by the Katavolosroad and walk up the last 150m up to the property. The path is steep, so its quite heavy to walk up here, If I`m on the farm at your arrival I will help you up with my 4.wheel drive.
