A stone's throw from the center of St Géréon and 2 km from Ancenis and the Loire, this charming and intimate house offers you a bedroom with a double bed and storage, a bathroom with a vanity unit and a walk-in shower. The toilets are separate. Bed linen and towels are provided. The space Its fully equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher) opens onto a bar and a dining room. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are at your disposal. The bright living room opens directly onto the garden.
