Apartment Ayu

The apartment was previously a store called Ayu Living for 10 years. Ayu means beautiful in Balinese. And that's what we want to convey in our apartment. When you come in here, you'll feel right at home. In the heart of Landshut, just a few minutes' walk to the old town, but still located in a very quiet side street. A supermarket (Penny), fitness center and bus stop are just around the corner. Several restaurants are within walking distance. The space Central 1-room apartment (45 m²) on the Mühleninsel in the middle of Landshut. The apartment has a kitchen with good basic equipment, an induction stove and a microwave/stove combination and fridge. A dining table for up to 6 people, which can also be used very well as a workplace. 1 large double bed (160 × 200) which is separated from the rest of the living room by a wardrobe. In the living area there is a sofa bed (pulled out 140 × 190). Linens and towels are of course provided. Toiletries and a hairdryer are also available in the bathroom. Lovingly selected accessories and decorations give the apartment a cozy look. Free Wi-Fi is available, as well as a TV. Guest access The apartment is an annex on our property, where we also live. It is located on the 1st floor with private access via an external staircase. Other things to note Parking options: For guests arriving by car, there is an underground parking space available in the building next to the property. Parking is optional and can be added at €8 per night. Please indicate when booking if you would like to use the parking space so that I can adjust the total price accordingly.
