The 1-room new apartment (29 m²) is located on Zülpicher Str. in the heart of Cologne. Right outside the front door is the Cologne South train stop and the Dasselstraße tram stop. You are at the Neumarkt (center) in 6 minutes by tram or at the trade fair in 13 minutes. On foot you are in 5 minutes on the rings. Bars, restaurants and clubs are right outside the front door. You have fast Internet (Wi-Fi), projector with Apple TV, coffee machine, underfloor heating & electric curtains in the apartment. The space In our accommodation, all the important points of contact are close by – so planning your stay is easy. Whether restaurant, clubs, bars or sightseeing, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is in the center of Cologne and there is always something going on on Zülpicher Str. During Carnival, Zülpicher Str. is the number 1 starting point in Cologne. The space Beautiful 23 sqm apartment in the middle of Zülpicherstraße. This centrally located apartment on Zülpicherstraße is perfect for a stay in Cologne. The apartment is clean and cozy, in the evening it can get a bit louder, but as soon as you close the windows you only get a little bit. In the living room there is a cozy double & single bed, a work table with 28-inch screen, a coffee machine, books, a projector for ultimate home cinema with Bluetooth speakers, Apple TV for Netflix, Disney+ Prime & Co. The kitchenette is perfect for cooking, as the windows are large enough so that all odors quickly disappear without settling into fabrics or furniture. The projector + Apple TV are up to date. You can stream on Prime, Netflix, YouTube with your logins at any time. The Wi-Fi is 100 Mbit fast. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, care products and fresh towels for body and face. Because of the size, the apartment is designed for two people who can sleep in a double bed (couple) or one person each on the single or double bed. Of course, you can also optionally arrive in threes. The third person would then have to sleep with another person on the double bed (we have often done this in the past and it is comfortable). Only three of you can only be cramped overall, you should be aware of that. An iron & ironing board are available in the apartment. Apart from any culinary delights (Italian, German, Arabic, Persian, burgers, sushi, Asian and any chains), you can always have a drink in one of the great bars that are right outside the door. There's a 24-hour kiosk two houses down. From Zülpicherstraße it takes 5 minutes to Neumarkt, whether by train or bicycle, the main train station can be reached in 15 minutes and the Cologne rings can even be reached in 2 minutes on foot. There are train and bus stations within walking distance from where you can travel through Cologne without changing trains. Cologne-Süd train station is 2 minutes from the front door, where trains run to Bonn, Düsseldorf, Cologne main station and Cologne Bonn airport. The taxi stand is also only a 3-minute walk away. You can also take an Uber anywhere in Cologne. An Uber driver usually arrives at the apartment after a few minutes. You also have Wi-Fi throughout the area via the Cologne hotspot.
