Welcome to our apartment in Stavanger. Quiet and charming neighborhood with free parking. 12 min walk to the bus- and train station, 15 min to city center, the local beach and tennis courts. The most vibrant areas when it comes to cafés, bars, art galleries and concerts are only 10 min walk away. The house is an authentic wooden Stavanger villa, surrounded by a garden with several areas to relax in. Sunny living room, well equipped kitchen (new 2024), comfy bathroom and a spacious main bedroom.l The space Close to both the city and the beautiful areas by the fjord. A walking/jogging trail starts two minutes away, with several small beaches along the way and beautiful fjord view. Guest access The sunny, quiet garden, and access to the washing machine in the basement. Other things to note We have two sweet cats. They stay in the basement and garden, and are looked after by a neighbor if we are away.
