Pool Villa Mihail, in Kissamos!

Now, new in 2022! Boutique Villa Mihail is a Pool in Koukounara (Kissamos) near to all famous beaches in Chania Elafonissi, Balos, Falassarna! It is a fully-renovated traditional stone house with wooden ceilings and large spaces, a large kitchen and a second garden kithenette, a private bedroom and a second one in a space that isolates, a bathroom and extra large living room, including all comforts. We have just added a brand new pool, exclusively for our guests only! The space Our pool is our gem! It is a brand new addition, 1.40m depth and 5.5m long, in its longest side, for the villa’s guests’ exclusive use (not shared with anyone else). Villa Mihail is between the mountain and the sea, on a very successful marriage climate-wisely. It combines the stone, the wood, the tradition with a new, fresh way of living with cozy and practical modernities. Wi-fi, branded mattresses on new and traditional beds, utilities and amenities on a very old and newly furnished way make this space unique as a warm and cool nest to rest Guest access You may use all spaces that practically end at the top of the stony staircase, before getting down to the fields. The owners Kalliopi and Mihalis live close and are reachable Other things to note The whole space is for you and your friends only; You are not going to share rooms with strangers. The second bedroom is between the kitchen and the living room. It can be totally isolated if you wish to, locking the two doors. Guests could use the living room either entering through the doors or- if the doors are locked from your friends who need isolation- the main entrances (there are two). There is also a very convenient parking space, right next to the house Please be very careful when going away from the house to always take the key with you. In case you get locked and we need to call a locksmith, you will be getting charged for their service 50€. In case you have forgotten anything behind, we are not taking responsibility to sending it abroad, unless it is extremely necessary.
