Industrial-Boho Loft close to Downtown

Our loft has everything you need to relax after your wonderful day or night out in the city. Enjoy the aesthetic of industrial chic-inspired interiors and Boho decorations. The 464 sqft loft provides a calming and beautiful atmosphere, equipped with everything needed. We are in a central location to all the fun Traverse City has to offer including Downtown, Old Mission Peninsula, The Village at Grand Traverse Commons, and various beaches, restaurants, and shopping experiences. The space In the bedroom loft, enjoy unwinding under the canopy on the queen-sized 12-inch memory foam mattress bed with plenty of pillows and blankets. We also provide a sound machine to help you sleep peacefully through the night. Make yourself comfy in the kitchen by using any appliance necessary. We provide individually packaged laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, coffee maker, teas, and sugar. Just to name a few things! Enjoy a shower in our well-lit, full-size bathroom with a standing shower unit. The heaters are base board style heaters located in the living room and bedroom. The AC is a wall mounted unit and can be controlled using the remote. The wall mounted unit is not a heater. There is only one space per unit so please plan if your party has additional vehicles. You can park additional vehicles in the Old Town Deck or the Hardy Deck parking garages. Other things to note This location offers a central spot for all the wonderful things in Traverse City! The base of Old Mission Peninsula is just a 2 min drive away while Downtown is a 6 min drive. You can reach uptown Traverse City in 10 minutes if you need Walmart or other big box stores. Another local favorite, The Village at Grand Traverse Commons, can be reached in 9 mins. You will not be sharing the space with anyone else and have a private entry with a smart lock allowing you to come and go as you please.
