Modern and nicely decorated "ACOMODIS" apartment combines perfectly with the old style of the building. This "ACOMODIS" apartment is completely exterior with four balconies overlooking the street, is a 2nd floor with natural light. In his rehabilitation all the original architectural elements were respected. The building where the "ACOMODIS" apartment is located is right next to the Gothic cathedral of Barcelona, just 500 meters from the port and its adjacent beaches. Because of its unique situation is not necessary to use any transport, being 5 minutes walk from the Ramblas and Plaça Catalunya. Most museums and major attractions are within walking distance, however the main bus lines and Metro are located right next to this "ACOMODIS" apartment. If you have any questions please get in touch and we will get back to you promptly :) ***** GREAT LOCATION Nice apartment centrally located. It was ideal for touring the city. Many restaurants, cafes, shopping and points of interest close by. There were buskers nearly every day which really added to the atmosphere. The only caution would be the stairs...not a problem as long as you don’t have mobility issues. 4 NIGHT STAY IN NOV Description and pictures totally accurate. A perfect location that was quiet despite being so close to so many popular areas. Stairs were no big deal, but would not be good for people with physical limitations. Property manager very good to deal with. We checked in after 9pm and there was a €30 fee for that, so be ready for that expense of checking in late. Some nearby construction was loud but started no earlier than 8am on weekdays. Overall a great place to stay for 2-4 people. Close to shopping and markets. A perfect point to see the entire city from. PERFECT LOCATION FOR ENJOYING BARCELONA CULTURE! The 2 separate spaces provides a perfect way to stay with friends or family. The location is great for exploring the gothic area and easy access to the shoreline. The unit is on a quiet street and the balconies are perfect. The only negative were lots of steps up, not getting access at noon because previous renters were not out yet and an unexpected tourist fee required at check in (cash only) Otherwise we would definitely rent again! CLEAN 2 BEDROOM CLOSE TO CATHEDRAL Nice two bedroom in Gothic neighborhood. Great location. Three minute walk to cathedral and 8 minute walk to La Rambla street. Good communication with Manuel prior to check-in. Cleaning lady Flaviola helped us at check-in and gave us great info about the neighborhood and city. One bedroom has queen bed, second bedroom has two singles. Both have bathrooms and small kitchen area. Balconies in both bedrooms. Only downside was multi-story parking garage to one side of balcony view. Great place to stay. GREAT APARTMENT IN THE CENTER OF EVERYTHING We had a lovely stay at the apartment and enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balconies watching the city go by us below. The apartment was so close to everything and was very clean. The house keeper and payment manager were very lovely and helpful. Would highly recommend this "ACOMODIS" apartment.
