With its panoramic views and immaculate interiors this oversized apartment is the ultimate escape for families, groups of friends or couples looking for a boutique getaway. The space Perched on a hill, nestled next to a majestic Norfolk Pine and creaking gums on a quiet cul-de-sac, this location is one of the best-kept secrets in the area. Enjoy waking up to the view, take a short stroll to one of the trendy Fairlight cafes and bakeries or meander down a hidden path to the Manly Scenic Walkway. Visit the idyllic, child friendly local beaches along the walkway or head around to Manly and Shelly beaches for a surf. In the evening, entertain on the balcony watching the sunset or roll down the hill into the thriving nightlife of Manly. If all this sounds too much, simply relax at home watching the Manly Ferries and Sydney yachts zigzagging across the harbour all day long. This is a family owned and operated boutique holiday property. It is the only property we manage so we give it and our guests 100% attention. We are always working hard to make Belvedere the perfect accommodation for our guests to enjoy. A wonderful feature to this property is its ability to take advantage of the incredible location and the wide aspect view of the ocean incorporating Sydney’s North and South Heads. The spacious living and second dining area spill onto the balcony, creating the perfect atmosphere for entertaining. A large gas strut window over the kitchen bench and a two-story window create an indoor/outdoor space while letting in plenty of natural light. The three bedrooms all have sliding door access to the courtyards to enjoy the coastal breeze. Another wonderful feature is its versatility which is hard to find in this area. In fact, this was our key objective during its 2019 renovation. There is an abundance of cabinetry to accommodate anyone needing extra storage space. The internal laundry with washer, dryer, folding bench and cabinetry makes life a breeze for guests who need to keep on top of laundry. The courtyards are fully enclosed with a linking breezeway making it perfect for little ones to roam around safely. Also, the second bathroom has a small bath, ideal for bathing babies and small children. The third bedroom The two undercover parking spaces with just a few steps to the front door give it very easy, all weather access. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire property when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home. Other things to note Other things to note - Please note Air conditioning and Heating are available in the living area upstairs and in two of the bedrooms. - There is a construction site next to the property and may cause some noise at times. Construction will be completed by September 2022. Cleaning fee: While we trust that our guests leave the house in an acceptably clean condition. Our cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house. It also covers the laundering of all provided linen, bathroom and beach towels. It also covers the costs of the provided toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, hand and body washes. Fresh tea towels, paper towels, sponges and dishwashing products.
