Lovely, cosy Home with 2 bedroom/free parking

Welcome to my home! The house is in a quiet area, 10 mins drive from city centre (20 mins by bus). There is a Co-Op, a petrol station and bus stop at the bottom of the street, less than 2 mins walk. Please note that there is a Strictly No Party Policy, as we’ve had issues in the past. This is a peaceful neighbourhood, and we are willing to respect that :) Hope to see you soon :) The space There is a living room with dining area, kitchen and a conservatory downstairs. You can use the master bedroom, guest bedroom and bathroom upstairs. You can also use the garden of course. Kitchen is fully equipped. There are space for max 4 people, there is a double bed in the main bedroom and a sofa bed (double) in the guest bedroom. Other things to note - there are no TV channels, but you can use the Fire Stick 4K with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video and the Blu-Ray player with blu-rays available -there are places for 2 cars for parking -you can sit in the garden if you wish, chairs are in the shed -If you move something around, please put them back where and as they were -Please switch off all lights and heating when you are leaving the house
