The studio has its own private entry and is situated to the back of the house down to the left side of the house through a long walkway. It's close to the beach. Guest access There are a number of parks out on the road or three car spots but there are other people in the house so first in best dressed, but there are plenty of space to park on the grass and across the road etc. So as you are facing the house you look down the side of the house left of the garage door and there is a long walkway down the side of the house till you get to the very back where you will see a deck area.
