Guest access If we can't greet you on site, we will leave a key for you in a secure location. You will enjoy the entire house, excluding the small separate studio at the behind the garage, The main house and studio have completely separate entrances. You will have absolute privacy, it's very quiet and you're likely to encounter just the resident echidna, kookaburras and brush turkeys. Other things to note NOTE There is a separate self contained studio located on the property with its own entrance. This property is not suitable for loud noise/music or partying. Please keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm and move inside and shut the doors after 10 pm. If there is loud noise/music and guest sitting on the garden after this time, you may be faced with immediate eviction or complete loss of bond if you receive more that one noise complaint. Thank you for your consideration. Before checking out, please leave the house tidy and be sure to pack the dishwasher with your dishes and put the dishwasher on before leaving. This is crucial for timing of our cleans. I the house is left in a state and dishwasher not packed, you will be charged extra for the time our cleaner takes to piece it all back together beyond 4 hrs (regular professional clean time).
