The nearest bus stops are just around the corner. Garden & off-street parking available The space This is our home - we treat this space with love and respect, and we expect our guests to do the same. We moved here in 2019, redecorated it in 2020, and we are happy to share our place with you. We do our best to make it comfortable for everyone, so it feels just like home. We kindly request that it be left tidy and in the same condition it was found. We have a very friendly cat called Haruki, so we only rent it out to people who love animals and know how to care for them. Guest access The flat is for your use (except the attic room). You will have access to the kitchen equipped with a hob, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave, and a coffee machine. Our spacious living room overlooking the backyard is a perfect place to relax on the sofa, read a book, or watch a movie - there is a 50” TV with Netflix and Disney+ for your use. This room also offers a dining area with a long table to fit 6 people. Two double bedrooms are also available - the master bedroom with a king-size bed and another bedroom, which is more of a kids' room or a study. Next to the bedrooms, there is a good-sized modern bathroom with a bathtub/shower facilities, a basin, and a toilet. Just outside of the main entrance, there is a patio area covered with vines where you could enjoy a BBQ in the evening or perhaps a breakfast with friends or family in the summer months (weather permitting). You get access to the back garden from there, which would be a perfect place for kids to play or just to lie down and relax, surrounded by flowers and trees on a beautiful sunny day. A free off-road parking space for one car is available in front of the garage. Other things to note Our flat would be a good fit for a family of 3 or 4 with a child/children over 3 years old, as there is a staircase in the hallway and no safety gate. This place may not be suitable for people with mobility issues due to the flight of stairs and no lift. Strictly NO PARTIES allowed as this is a quiet residential area, and we respect our neighbours. However, it is still OK to have a BBQ with a small group of friends or family on the patio until 11 pm when the quiet hours start. Please note that SMOKING IS NOT permitted anywhere inside the flat - there is a patio with a table and benches outside, so feel free to smoke there. We do our best to keep our place nice and clean, and we expect the same from our guests.
