Beautiful Clapham Flat close to the Common

Excellently located garden flat in Clapham, zone 2 in London. The flat is situated on a tree-lined street close to the huge beautiful common (park), and just a 5 minute walk from Clapham South tube station on the Northern line, very well connected. Please note: this is a lived in flat and not a hotel. It will be professionally cleaned prior to your visit but there may be some items left in cupboards etc. Kitchen items you are welcome to use. The space The master bedroom will remain locked off, but you are free to enjoy the rest of the spacious apartment to yourself while I am away. Please note the bedroom you will have access to is on the lower ground floor and doesn't have windows but is a large bright comfortable room, with double bed, built-in wardrobe and under bed storage. It's also very quiet for a great nights sleep. A single air mattress can be provided on request for 2 sharers wanting separate beds. There is a study upstairs on the ground floor which has a large desk suitable for working from home, bathroom, kitchen and lounge with bi-fold doors out to the private garden. Washer and separate dryer also accessible on the lower ground floor. NOW TV and Netflix are available. Guest access You will have access to all spaces apart from one bedroom which will be locked off. Other things to note This flat is usually home to 2 cats - they will not be present during your stay, but if you have allergies please be mindful of this when booking.
