The space The apartment is a 64sqm 1-bedroom layout that features a well-equipped kitchen with marble counter, modern Japanese-style bathroom with deep soaking tub, and a bedroom with king-sized bed. The unit has a wifi connection of up to 16mbps internet speed depending on the location is provided Bedroom - The bedroom is fitted with a king size, high quality bed and mattress, guaranteeing you a great night's sleep. Kitchen - Modern with marble counter, comes with everything you need should you wish to do any cooking. A 4-hob cooktop allows you to knock up some meals when you don't fancy eating out. Includes microwave, electric kettle, pans, full complement of crockery and cutlery and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. A heavy duty washer / dryer is also placed in the kitchen. Bathroom - The marble bathroom comes with a deep soaking tub with rain shower facilities. For the guests who wish to stay longer than a week, I can offer up to 5% OFF for minimum 7 days and 10% OFF for 30 days and more. I do offer unit cleaning service ( that includes changing of bed linens ) which will be done by my housekeeper with a fee of Php700 per request or an option to change the bed sheets and towels for only Php500.
