I am a owner at this resort. I book rooms to rent to cover my Owner Association Fees. You check in under your name with a guest pass. You MUST BE 21. Photo ID and a CREDIT CARD are REQUIRED. The resort will place a hold on the card for DAMAGES or PURCHASES. No other charges. NO DAILY housekeeping. There are laundry facilities. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES. If evicted for failure to follow resort rules, there ARE NO REFUNDS. CHECK IN IS 4 PM. CHECK OUT IS 10 AM The space There is no specific room. Rooms are assigned at check in. You can request a room change without my permission. The room has a full kitchen with cooking utensils, dishware and cleaning supplies. Please bring your own cooking supplies such as salt, pepper, coffee and cooking spray. There is free WIFI and cable TV. There is a jet tub. There is a screened patio. There is a washer and dryer. There is no daily housekeeping. You can request clean towels. Guest access Your own suite.
