Welcome to La Isla del Encanto! This spacious and modern house is located in the Mansiones en Paseo de Reyes gated community. It's a 15-minute drive to the beautiful and historic town of Ponce. When you're not exploring the island, you can relax and enjoy the gorgeous private pool, gym, basketball court, and kids playground. Short drive to famous Paseo Tablado La Güancha, authentic PR restaurants, and Shopping Centers. Great place to stay for big family gatherings or couples vacations. Other things to note Listing was off Airbnb for some time while we did some additions to the house, e.g., private terrace, private heated pool and fully gated backyard, to fully enhanced our guests' experience. We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. As of July 20th, 2022, the common areas are open to residents and visitors usage with safe practices in place.
