Spacious villa with pool 20 minutes from the historic centre of Seville, and near the Sierra de Aracena. The property is ideal for getaways with the family and friends. 10 to 12 people can stay very comfortably. It is the perfect setting for those who want to enjoy the best of sightseeing in Seville and activities such as walks, exploring nearby natural parks, cycling tours on the green belt and other outdoor and cultural activities that are available in the area, or just to relax and enjoy! The space The house is situated on a large plot of land with pool and breathtaking views of Seville and the surrounding hills of Spanish oaks. It is open-plan with large sliding glass doors in the back and front which provide amazing indoor-outdoor enjoyment. The house has 4 spacious en-suite bedrooms, a fifth double bedroom and a half bath. There are two double sofa bed and cots available if requested. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen joins the dining room and living room and there is also an additional seating/ reading space; all of this opens on to large porches front and back with dining table, BBQ and chill out areas and a fire-pit. In addition to bedrooms upstairs there is also a play space / living room, and an office-work area. The house is completely air-conditioned and has underfloor heating throughout. On the bottom floor there is a double garage and fully equipped laundry room. Outside there is a in-ground pool, fire-pit, trampoline and basketball net for guests use. The house has its own private gated entrance and space for parking. We are also located a 2 minute drive away from an 18 hole golf course. The village has a selection of restaurants with traditional Andalusian cuisine and seasonal dishes . There are also specialty fruit and veg, butcher’s shop, grocery stores and a pharmacy in the village. Guest access Guests staying in the villa have private access to all areas of the house including closets, chests of drawers, kitchen and appliances, pool, barbecue grill, fire pit, the entire garden with fruit trees, garage,and laundry room.
