A perfect apartment for those who want to be close to the sea & center The space Apartment with kitchen, bathroom, living room/bedroom. There is also access to a washing machine & dryer, please let us know if you wish to use these. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the kitchen, bathroom & living room/bedroom & hall, which means you have rented all the rooms except one in the apartment (it is a small walk-in closet that will be locked). There is also the possibility to use a washing machine and dryer (but not in the apartment but in the basement) in such cases I want you to notify this before. There is no parking included in the fee, however, there are almost always parking spaces that you can pay for right next to the apartment. Other things to note As a guest, you need to bring bed linens & towels. Alternatively, these can be rented for SEK 150/person, please notify if desired beforehand.
