5 min walk to VGH, 10 min drive to Downtown

Completely renovated house from top to bottom, radiant heat throughout. Centralized water filter so you always have the most pristine water for drinking and showering. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, but is only a 10 min drive to downtown. The bus stops are just 5 mins from here. It is also just 5 minutes walk to Vancouver General Hospital (VGH) or Cambie and Oak streets that are lined up with restaurants. We have 2 cats in the house that like going to the guest suite a lot The space We have 2 cats in the shared spaces of the house. Please only book with us if you are not allergic to cats and don’t mind them being around. The house has three floors. The basement (high ceilings) suite is solely for the airbnb guests’ use during their stay. The main entrance to the house is through the shared entrance of the main door of the house, but the hosts will not enter the basement suite for the whole duration of the guests’ stay. The guests’ suite has its own bedroom (w/ queen bed), a living room and bathroom, a sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and washing & drying machines. There are two single couch/sofa in the living room of the guest suite that transforms into beds (2 in total). These can be used for groups of more than 2 guests. We will provide bedding for additional guests. If the guest is staying for more than 2 weeks, we will use the laundry in the basement on one day every two weeks. If the guest is staying two weeks or less, we are not accessing the basement at all. That is private to the guest for the whole duration. The main floor is shared access for both guests and host. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a gas range, bigger freezer and fridge. It also has a fireplace area. These areas are restricted and only for hosts’ private use: 1. Two rooms on the main floor Other things to note We have two cats that like going to the guest suite a lot so only book if you like having cats around and don’t mind them being in your space or stuff. You can close your bedroom door to prevent them from entering that space, but the outside of your bedroom in the guest suite will still be available to them because we haven’t found a way yet to prevent them from going there.
