Peaceful Getaway in the Country

Enjoy this rustic, yet cozy, two-story barnhouse located near bourbon country. Perfect for a couple's getaway, it has open lofts with a comfy king-sized bed, a kitchen stocked with all the essentials, laundry room, wood burning stove & two bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower & one with a soaker tub. This listing's interior is ready, however the exterior is still a work in progress as we continue to create comfortable outdoor spaces. Must see all pictures to appreciate what this place offers. The space This listing is secluded in the country and about a 20 minute drive to town in either direction. The house sits in the center of a 5 acre property and is 300 feet from the gate. You will be the only guests on the property, as there are no other dwellings on this 5 acres. We pride ourselves on presenting a very clean place for relaxation. NOTE: You can add up to two additional guests. There is a queen-sized air mattress and linen for these additional guests, but because the lofts are open, there is NO privacy between two couples. Perfect for a couples trip or a girls' or guys' outing for up to 4 adults. No parties and NO SMOKING inside the barnhouse. There is a full-sized hammock on the upstairs deck, and we have camping hammocks you can string outside for a more "camping-like" experience. Guest access Keyless entry is used for self-checking, unless you would like us to meet you at arrival. Other things to note Absolutely no children, no exceptions. The stairs are steep and have handrails on both sides. Lofts are open and are not child proof. Though we are animal lovers and have pets, we cannot allow pets due to guests' and family members' allergies. Thank you in advance for understanding.
