After another fantastic year on Airbnb we are delighted that our property in the centre of Edinburgh is still on and available! With so much going on in Edinburgh; being in the heart of this amazing city allows you to experience the vibrance of history & culture from every angle. From the buildings, Theatres, amazing Restaurants & Edinburgh Festival; there is always something to do! The Flat is perfect for Concerts & Rugby at Murrayfield Stadium; the Castle & Royal Mile is 10minutes away. The space Your space is that of a classic & beautiful Main Door Flat in the vibrant city center of Edinburgh. Minutes from Princes Street, George Street & Michelin Star Restaraunts in Leith & the New Town this flat allows you to come & enjoy the city in comfort & style. As we have catered for guests for over 4 years on Airbnb; we fully understand what our guests expect! Indeed our background is in hospitality and having worked at one of Edinburghs' five star hotels for over 10 years! We fully ensure that all guests will have a great & comfortable stay at this property and as always there are always added extras for all our staying guests! The flat is perfectly located with those in mind for Business, Sport, Tourism and the Edinburgh International Festival. (Please note we prefer to aim towards longer duration stays during the Festival of 2018) All areas of the city are accesible within minutes by walking and right outside you have the best bus route in Edinburgh! Having your own Large space like this is indeed like having your home away from home. The space consists of two very large Bedrooms, Hallway, Large Living room and Kitchen with all amenities and cooking utensils. The flat in incredibly well maintained and always clean and tidy! Guests will have the chance to sit and enjoy their very own mini cinema like affects in the Livingroom; ideal for those evenings with a movie in mind. The Pioneer TV, Sony PS4 & Speaker System is that of extreme high quality; Cinema Grade. There is a dining table for evening meals. Original shutters & Floorboards give the timeless effect of the building throughout. All guests have full access to the property. We will not interact with any guests unless specifically requested. The local shops, bars, cafes & Deli's along with Health Clubs & Restaurants make where we stay an amazing experiance. The new Trams system is now up and running. LRT is one of Britains most efficient Bus Srvices and transport around the city is easy. Car Parking is on the street pay per meter. The Airport Link couldnt be easier, the number 100 bus is only a 5-7min walk away.
