This shared, comfortable, big & spacious 1bdr apartment with den has everything you need for NYC trip for 1 guest (there is a fee for 2nd guest). You’ll have access to : living room (your room), kitchen, bathroom, dining room, hallway. Newly renovated, clean & minimalistic apartment is on the 6th floor with a lovely sunset view and lots of light. The kitchen is loaded with new stain steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, stove and the fridge. You`ll have high speed wifi. The space Have your own key to get into the building and apartment whenever you like. Washer/dryer is on the 1st floor of the building. There is usually parking on the block, I never have problems parking. Note, there is street cleaning on specific days so you must move your car or you may get a ticket/citation. Note, there are my private things in the kitchen+hallway wardrobe, you will have access to 1 big entire walk in closets in the hallway, and enough space in the kitchen. The living room is large and sunny. The sofa transfers into a very comfortable queen size bed. There is a new professional treadmill in the living room for use (please see updated photo in the gallery) - please turn off the treadmill from the outlet when you don`t use it! Kitchen is full of everything you need if you love cooking. Guest access Guests will have access to everything besides bedroom (I stay in bedroom), so you`ll have an access to other rooms: living room, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, hallway. Other things to note Please note there is 8years old beagle bigger than average beagle in size. He is very friendly, active and playful, especially in the first days he might be very happy and excited to meet you, so if you don`t love dogs much, with all respect we might be not the best fit for you.
