The dining area comfortably accommodates 4 people. ▪️KITCHEN: The kitchen is stocked with the latest appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible: refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, teapot, blender, coffee maker, pots and pans, plates, glasses/wine glasses/mugs, utensils, ▪️BEDROOMS: There are 2 bedrooms; the master bedroom boasts a queen bed, flat screen TV, drawers, arm chair, and modular closet (with safe inside). The guest bedroom includes a twin bed, drawers, and a modular closet. Both rooms are equipped with fresh linens and extra blankets if needed. ▪️BATHROOMS: There are two bathrooms equipped with showers and modern ceramic tiles. Bathroom essentials are included: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, towels, and toilet paper. We also provide blow dryers and an iron/ironing board. WIFI is available and free. NETFLIX is included for unlimited streaming. ▪️SECURITY: There is 24-hour security on the property. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: - For security purposes, the property admin requires that ID's of guests be submitted prior to arrival. This is to secure a Guest Authorization for our Guests. Failure to submit these requirements may result to denied entry into the building. - Kindly bring an extra ID card as you will be required to surrender them at the concierge upon check-in. - For faster check-in process, please bring a photocopy of your Valid ID. - Check-in time : 2PM - 5PM - Checkout time : 11AM - Early check-in Php100/hour based on the listed check-in time (subject to approval) - Late check-in Php100/hour based on the listed check-in time (subject to approval) - Late check-out Php100/hour based on the listed check-out time (subject to approval) - Luggage deposit prior to check-in/check-out Php50/hour (Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damages. Kindly ensure that your bags are properly locked before leaving them) - Failure to surrender the keys upon check-out will be subject to pay fees for the cost of the door lock replacement and its labor. - Damaged keys upon return will be subject to a penalty of Php500. -Before checkout, please don't forget to turn off all appliances before pulling down the main switch located near the main door. - Please be responsible to lock the doors as you leave the premises. The hosts will not be responsible for any loss or damages within the property. -Please note that the water heater located below the bathroom sink may turn off automatically due to water pressure. To Reset, you just have to push up the lever under the device. - Smoking inside the unit or the bathroom is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. A fine of Php5,000 will be charged for those who will violate this rule. -No cooking of smelly dishes like fish,squid, dried fish etc. Violators may be charged with a fine of PHP5,000. - No pets allowed. - No parties allowed. - Please bear in mind that this is a residential building. Kindly avoid unnecessary noises especially after 8:00PM. Violators may be charged with a fine of PHP1,000. -Children of any age is counted as 1 guest. Ages below 7 y/o can stay for free. Extra mattress and lines may be provided with an additional charge. - Only those who are registered guests may be admitted into the room. Please provide a copy of your guest’s/visitor’s ID for registration purposes. Visitors may be permitted from 8AM-10PM only. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times. Violation of the aforementioned will be charged Php1,000/head. -Room occupancy requirements are based on fire code/fire safety restrictions. If you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, you will be asked to rent another guestroom for proper accommodations or to vacate the property. - Cleaning Fee is mandatory for every booking. For booking which exceeds 7 days, additional room cleaning is required every 3 days. Standard Cleaning Fee will apply for every cleaning. -Please dispose your garbage properly, especially food waste. The Garbage Area is located at Basement 2. -It is each guest's responsibility to know and abide by the rules and regulations of the property and the building. Our rooms are privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s) that does not abide by the Philippine laws. We have a zero tolerance policy in which we will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in our room or may remove a person, without refund, who refuses to abide by the reasonable standards and policies established by the Republic Of The Philippines and the owners for the operation and management of the building. We will refuse service or evict a guest: for refusal or failure to pay for accommodations, is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance and acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests and residents or is not in compliance with state liquor laws; acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests and residents; is unable to properly supervise their children at all times, seeks to use the property for an unlawful purpose; seeks to bring into the property: an unlawfully possessed firearm; or something, including an explosive or hazardous or toxic substance, that is unlawful to possess and that may be dangerous to other pers ons; destroys, damages, defaces, or threatens harm to property or guests; causes or permits persons to exceed the maximum allowable occupancy of room, refuses to abide by the reasonable standards or policies for the operation and management of our property. -Our management reserves the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary or add to these House Rules or the arrangements and content featured on our listing at any time without prior notice.
