This brand spanking new condo comes with 1 extra large double bed, a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge, and a western style bathroom. The kitchen has a stove, Samsung microwave oven, and brand new appliances so that you can cook your own food if you want or dine in from the various restaurants and street food vendors nearby. Dishes, drinkware, and cutlery are provided. The living area has comfortable seating for lounging after a busy day of shopping and exploring. You can watch tv on Samsung TV while waiting for your clothes in the Electrolux washing machine. There’s a coin-operated dryer on the first floor of the building as well. If you’d like to work in the building there is an amazing Sky Lounge on the 38th floor with an incredible view of the city, or feel free to work from the apartment with wifi access as well. There is a brand new aircon throughout the apartment ensuring a cool and comfortable stay out of the Bangkok heat! The bathroom is sleekly decorated in tile with a beautiful large shower with a glass door and a large handheld showerhead. The western style toilet comes equipped with a bidet and for your convenience, clean towels, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer are provided. To lessen our impact on the Earth please bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. Before you arrive we’ll clean the apartment. For an additional fee we can also change the bed sheets and replace your towels, just let us know!． Guest access This room is a part of the condo, not the hotel. Access to the building is secured by key card and once the booking is complete details of how we’ll get them to you is provided. Once you have the keys you are free to come and go 24 hours a day as you please. It also gives you complete access to the incredible facilities in the condo building! Check out the gym on the 25th floor which is open 7:00 to 22:00. There are brand new treadmills to run on, stationary cycles, weights, and benches for your morning work out. If working in a gym is not your thing, perhaps you prefer the Infinity swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna on the 24th floor. Bask in the water and check out the amazing city, all without leaving the comfort of the condo. The landlord of the property has checked the apartment for its accessibility. The entrance to this apartment has a flat passage to the entrance, spacious doorway into the apartment, and the entrance is well lit. The bedroom has a flat and spacious doorway as well. The bathroom has a spacious doorway and handheld showerhead and is large. There is elevator access throughout the whole condo building. Other things to note Perfect for digital nomads, business travelers, long vacation travelers, short holiday but wanna live in the area is with good quality and relatively inexpensive living expenses. You can work quietly at Sky Lounge on the 38th floor. We ask that no pets are brought into this building as that is not allowed by the rules of this tenancy. We also ask as a residential area and with many condo neighbours to consider that no parties or events are held in the apartment and that you try to keep the noise level reasonable out of respect. Smoking is not allowed within the apartment or in any of the public areas of the building’s facilities. Check-in is 15:00 to 01:00 (the next day) and check out is before 11:00 am. Before checking out we kindly ask you take your garbage to the garbage processing centre in the building, turn off the lights and water, and lock the door before returning the key card to us. We ask that the kitchen and it's cooking ware is clean and properly returned before you leave. Please use all of the apartment’s facilities respectfully and know that if any damage or loss occurs you are responsible for the financial cost associated with replacing them. My apartment is a private space so I take care of everything and I do not ask the condo staff for any services. If you need anything please do not ask the staff but contact me directly and I will resolve the issues immediately. Please note there are conflicts between Airbnb and Thai Laws but like all new industries such as Grab, Uber, etc there is no legal framework to solve these issues. This should not result in any inconvenience during your stay so long as you follow the rules and respect the residents living here. If anybody asks about your stay please tell them you are my friends, please do not mention Airbnb.
