The apartment is on the 4th floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. You walk 7 minutes to Altona Station and are in 15 minutes at the Elbe or in the Schanze. The space A cozy place with well-insulated windows centrally located and close to Altona train station and the border to Ottensen. Park Neue Mitte is within walking distance - dm and Edeka as well. Guest access Entire apartment Other things to note What to expect The apartment is on the 4th floor of a new building – bright, quiet, pleasant and with a balcony to the backyard. The living-dining area has a large window front, the light falls in nicely, and pleated blinds ensure that you still have your privacy. There is a Samsung smart TV with Netflix and the usual apps in case you just want to get a bit sprinkled in the evening. There is no classic cable connection, but everything works via ARD, ZDF & Co. in the media library. If you fancy, you can even use the turntable – feels a bit more like home. (And if you don't know how it works, just ask.) The bathroom has a rain shower. There's a small dishwasher in the kitchen if you don't want to wash every plate by hand. The balcony gets real sun in summer from about 11 am – usually until early evening. Just sit outside, drink coffee, breathe. The oak parquet is a small highlight – so please only enter the apartment without shoes. Thanks for that! 🙏 If you are coming by car: For €3 per day, I can apply for a guest parking pass so you can park right outside the door. Write to me beforehand, then I will prepare it. Altona train station is about 7 minutes away by foot. In the direction of "Neue Mitte Altona" there are already restaurants, Edeka, dm Ottensen is also just around the corner – 10 minutes walk. Who is the apartment suitable for? Up to 4 people feel well looked after here. The sofa is extendable and there is a mattress topper so no one has to sleep on a wooden surface.
