Private bedroom and bathroom 30+ nights

Welcome to my home! My house is conveniently located near DFW and the southwest area. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, nightstand with clock and lamp, wall mounted Roku tv, desk and chair, a bakers stand, storage unit, limited dishes & utensils, toaster oven, microwave, slow cooker, coffee pot, mini refrigerator with freezer, walk in closet, storage drawers and shelves, and mini ironing board with steam iron. You will have your own private bathroom. High speed WiFi is provided. The space This listing easily accommodates one or two guests. All guests must be 18+yrs old. The location is an older two story home in an established neighborhood. All guest accommodations are upstairs and access is RESTRICTED to reserved bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs’ laundry room is available for extended stay guests only. All other areas are not open to guests. Guests are welcome to use the right side of the driveway as well for free parking. The left side (closest to mailbox) is reserved for owner only due to garage access. Guest access Private bedroom and private bathroom. Laundry room available ONLY for extended stay (more than 2 weeks) guests. During your stay I look forward to greeting you upon your arrival and going over house rules or will have someone in hand to do so. Someone will be on hand to wish you well and check you out on departure day as well. Typically, I keep to myself in order to respect your privacy. I am happy to answer your questions and provide any assistance I can. Communication will be conducted by phone through texts (prefer to go through the Airbnb App). No non emergency contact between 9pm-6am. For extended guests (2 weeks or more), the laundry room is available. The downstairs of the house (except for laundry room) is not available to Airbnb guests (my personal living quarters). Welcome to my home and I hope you enjoy your stay. Other things to note Your room has its own A/C window unit and a safe (auto shut off ) portable heater so you can set the temperature for your comfort. It is also equipped with an overhead ceiling fan and light. Appliances are set up to be plugged into specific plugs and surge protectors to prevent tripping the breaker. It is an older home so breakers are limited to a certain amount of voltage available at one time. If these rules are not followed, the breaker will be tripped and you will be without electricity in your room until I return from work to reset it or until my house mate is available to.
