Our unit is a 15-20 minute ride from Kalibo International Airport, situated along Cardinal Sin Avenue, Polo, New Washington, Aklan (main road). For 3 to 4 guests, we can provide an extra floor mattress for additional sleeping space. For 5 guests or more, we will open an additional unit equipped with a bed and air conditioning. Please read our listing description and house rules to ensure we are a good fit for your stay. The space This is a fully air-conditioned private studio unit, ideal for 2 guests but can accommodate up to 4. It features a double-sized bed and bathroom. For bookings of 4 guests, an additional double-sized floor mattress will be provided. The unit is conveniently located along the main highway, next to Oscor Mart. Light cooking is allowed, and basic kitchen utensils are provided. Available appliances include a water kettle, rice cooker, induction cooker, and oven toaster. A dining table and chairs are also provided inside the unit. We provide starter toiletries such as towels, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and tissue. Guests can enjoy a small swimming pool on the property for a ₱1500 additional fee (subject to availability; please inform the host before booking if you plan to use it). The unit is near a public beach, which guests can access for free. The beach is just a 2-3 minute walk away. There is one parking space available for a fee of ₱50 per day, and mineral water is for sale in the unit (subject to availability). --- **Important Notes:** 1. Wi-Fi internet connection is available, but please expect slow or intermittent connectivity as it is a provincial area. The Smart cellular signal is available in the area. 2. Power interruptions are unpredictable and depend on Akelco. Outages can last 1-2 hours. A solar battery-powered fan is available as a backup. 3. Other amenities/services are available upon request in advance for a fee. 4. Guests must coordinate all concerns/requests with the HOST ONLY via Airbnb chat, not with caretakers or other persons in the area, to ensure proper communication. --- Our home serves as a base for exploring many interesting places around Aklan and nearby towns and provinces, including Antique, Boracay, Capiz & Roxas (1.5 hours away), Iloilo (3 hours away), and Caticlan Boracay (1.5 hours away). Experience provincial life, see different plants, culture, fruit-bearing trees, and more. Tricycles and airport taxis are available as the unit is along the main road.
