Y'all will love staying here! Fresh & light Studio apartment located in a great Neighborhood, Just eight Minutes from DFW Airport. Walking distance to HEB hospital (great for travelling nurses and Airline employees.. Covered patio & seasonal Pool with slide & diving board, plus a shallow end. Bath house w/shower. Kitchen has a Fridge, Microwave, Ninja Toaster/Air fryer, Coffee Maker, induction cooktop. Base rate is for up to 2 guests...Additional guests add $15 a day, Except 2 & under are free:) The space One queen size adjustable bed plus a full sized murphy bed to be used when booked for additional guests. Kitchen with microwave and an induction burner plus a Ninja air fryer/toaster oven for cooking. Desk with chair for a comfortable working place:) Guest access Separate side entrance with street parking. Keypad for easy access:) Also has a security screen door. Other things to note This studio apartment accommodates 3 to 4 people well. Bringing in additional visitors will be too crowded and please note… We do not allow parties or other events :) there is Our outside garbage is right through the gate, one container for trash and one for recycling... there are fresh bags under the sink and also feel free to set trash outside the door and I will pick it up:)
