Hello, thank you for looking at our house. If you are looking to stay in a big modern family house, look no further! Our home has everything you will need for a fantastic stay. From a 65 inch tv, to a whirpool bath and electric king size bed. Just soak up the sun (all day) in our big back yard with trampoline. Located on the edge of Zoetermeer near city centre, 10 minutes walk. You can go to the Hague in 15 minutes, Leiden 10 minutes, Rotterdam 25 minutes and Amsterdam in 35 minutes by car. The space It is a spacious house of 160m2 completely renovated a few years ago. It is a bright house with lots of sunlight and a nice view over the street. The house has three bedrooms: - A large bedroom for two adults (optional to place a baby bed for you) - A nicely decorated children's room with a bunk bed for 2 children (or adults. - A children's room with 1 bed. There is the possibility to create more sleeping places for more children or adults. We have two deluxe Intex Ultra Plush Headboards that are a kind of air mattresses. These air mattresses are indistinguishable from normal beds and are really wonderful. See the photos for the different options. We have a large garden with trampoline, slide and swing. There is also the possibility to dine or relax under our porch. There is a BBQ under the porch which works on gas or charcoal. We have a large koi pond in the front yard. Very relaxed to sit there in the evening with a glass of wine or beer and just watch the big koi to swim arround. Guest access There is access to all rooms, except the garage and shed. Other things to note One car can be parked in the driveway, but there is free parking in the street if you are with several cars. It is also possible to charge an electric car on the driveway.
