Eddie’s Homestay is a two‑storey home just a 7minute drive (4km) from central Apia, located behind NUS in the village of Toomatagi. The upstairs level is dedicated to guests seeking affordable, clean, and comfortable accommodation. With a private stairway entrance, you’ll access cozy rooms, a shared lounge, and an outdoor balcony perfect for relaxing with coastal and mountain views. Downstairs can also be booked for larger groups. The space We have ten, fan cooled rooms available for rent in the upstairs area of our home. These rooms all open out onto a shared lounge area and share two separate, shared bathrooms. Rooms have either 1 x single bed, 2 x single beds, or 1 x double bed configurations. Further provision is just at the bottom of those stairs that includes a newly renovated fully equipped shared kitchen, another bathroom and laundry room (additional cost to use washing machine) to back up our guarantee of value for your stay! Guest access Our compound is secure and fully fenced with automatic gates, and plenty of parking space. There is a large open fale in front of our home with comfortable seating to enjoy relaxing outside. Upstairs there is a large furnished balcony with great views out over the university to the ocean and mountains. In our shared comfortable lounge room there is a large TV screening local channels. Remember this is a tropical island when many mosquitoes, if youre planning on relaxing outdoors then we recommend long sleeve clothing's and insect repellent to avoid being bitten! Other things to note If you are coming with a group to Samoa, then our homestay may be a good option for you. We are able to host groups of up to 14 people, with 11 x single beds and 3 x double bed subject to availability. Perfect for family or small groups, we offer group stay rates, so enquire with us.
