Charming villa w 180’seaview & direct beach acess!

Welcome to our fantastic home, right by the beach between Fredericia City and the bridge to Fyn. The house is build in 1926 and has a lot of its original charme, though it has been modernized. You can enjoy the yard, walk downstairs to the beach, walk 2min on the beach to the harbour where there is great ice cream and a delicious restaurant! Groserieshopping only 2min cardrive /12min walk. Great settings for kids or others who love the sea as much as we do! You may also borrow our rowingboat! The space It consists of three ensuite livingrooms, where you will obviously spend a lot of time in the one closest to the sea, because of the breathtaking view from the couch! Upstairs is the main bedroom as well as two smaller rooms and main bathroom and rooftop-tearasse! The basement holds sauna, bedroom and bathroom with shower. There is direct acess to the basement from the garden, so you can run straight from beach to sauna😀 Guest access You will have full access to all rooms in the house. We might lock our garage off, but there is a sheltered garage you can use for your car / babytrolley in case of rain. Other things to note You won't regret this - its an amazing house and area!
