SOLAR Garden Cottage - Beats daytime Loadshedding

Our bright & private solar garden cottage has wifi, good security, 1 bed (dble), 1 sofa-bed (if required), screed floors, traditional pressed ceilings, a lovely kitchenette & herbs in its private garden. It's close to shops, cafes, & Campus Square Mall in Bohemian Melville. It has its own garage, and parking in the main yard too. We have 2 biggish dogs who do have access to all outside spaces. The space It is a bright and cosy Melville cottage with traditional features, such as a pressed ceiling in the bedroom & trendy screed flooring. It has a fully equipped kitchen corner with a view of the garden. It is close to all amenities, 2 universities & local sites of cultural interest and entertainment. There is access to a washing machine & clothes lines on the premises. Guest access This mostly solar powered cottage is entirely self-contained & self-catering. It has everything a guest might need, including fiber cable WIFI & parking in the yard. Guests have access to a washing machine in the main house if they have a full load of washing to do and bring their own powder. There are clothes lines in the garden. Other things to note We are as close to Westdene Dam, the large Emmerentia Botanical Gardens as well as Zoo-Lake park lakes and The beautiful Joburg Zoo itself. The Westcliffe Hotel with its amazing views and 'high-teas' as well as the historically important suburb of Sophiatown with its museum and cultural centres are very close by. The Goethe Institute and Alliance Francaise are nearby & both offer great cultural programs. Downtown and Braamfontein, with their new trendy weekend markets, boutiques & bars are also a short drive away, as is the highly interesting Origins Centre at WITS University. NB: Our 2 dogs roam the gardens. How much you interact with them is up to you, but you mustn't be scared of dogs or dislike them if you stay here! 'MUST LOVE DOGS'.
