Welcome to a bright and pleasant family villa with a large patio and garden. Green, calm, quiet and child-friendly area. It takes 15 minutes by car to Liseberg, Avenyn and the rest of central Gothenburg. Express bus takes 20 minutes to Gothenburg and is within a 5-minute walk. Walking distance to Mölnlycke city center, where there are grocery stores, pharmacies, liquor stores, libraries and more. Around Mölnlycke there are several swimming lakes and playgrounds nearby. Our villa is perfect for a large family. The space 3 separate bedrooms upstairs and guest rooms on the ground floor. We can also offer 2 sofas that you can sleep in as well as a guest bed. We have a baby bed, a travel bed that can be borrowed. Many social areas, large kitchen and two living rooms. Feel free to borrow our two bicycles and bicycle trailer. Of course, you can use the laundry room and you can also play table tennis in the garage. Space for two cars. Guest access The whole house including laundry room. Other things to note We have an outdoor cat that will not be home.
