Townhouse in Kempten (Allgäu)

Small, fine room in a terraced house on the outskirts of town. Everything is within walking distance, by public transport or by bike. Two large supermarkets, the swimming pool "Cambobare" and the climbing center are in the neighborhood. The local mountain, Mariaberg, invites you to take wonderful hikes. Beautiful excursion destinations are easily accessible (winter/summer). The space The house is inhabited by a family of 3, a cat and two turtles. The room and bathroom are on the upper floor. The bathroom is sometimes shared with another guest… A kettle for tea/coffee is available. It is very quiet here, as we are not in the city center - I ask you to take this into account when evaluating the location 😉 Guest access By arrangement, the use of the kitchen is possible. During your stay For questions, I am usually available on site in person or via messenger/phone. Other things to note There is free street parking (also for larger cars such as motorhomes) Brand new are also two parking spaces on the street with charging facilities for electric cars 🚗🚙
