Home in La Montagne

Our 125 m2 house is located in a quiet area of La Montagne: 6000 inhabitants, located 18 km from Nantes (25 minutes), 39 km from Pornic (35 minutes from the beaches), 16 km from the "Planète sauvage" zoo (22 minutes)... It is close to the banks of the Loire (5 minutes from a free ferry that crosses the river). We live in the house but sometimes rent it when we go on vacation! We entrust you with a little cat (Yama), you should give her kibble twice a day. The space On the ground floor: the entrance leads into the kitchen + a library living room with wood stove overlooking a covered terrace on stilts to the north and a small sun terrace to the south + a living room of 26 m2 also overlooking the terrace on stilts + a toilet. Upstairs: a bathroom with toilet of 10 m2 + 3 bedrooms (two with double beds of 140 + the third with 1 double bed of 160) Access to the garden is via an external staircase. Guest access The entire house is available except for a locked office. Other things to note - Please bring your fitted sheets (2 for 140 cm and 1 for 160 cm) + duvet covers + pillowcases + towels. - Cleaning is your responsibility. Important, our little cat Yama lives with us. Please give her some kibble!
