We are 30 min. from Tryon International Equestrian Center and within an hour of Charlotte, Asheville, and Greenville. Use of house includes a king bed in the master bedroom, twin over full bunk beds in second room, and a sofa that converts into a full bed in the living room. Full sized washer and dryer, large deck and back yard, and gas grill also included. Rental includes house, deck, and yard. Use of storage space by request only. Limited baby and toddler items available by request. Guests will have access to the entire house, deck, and full yard We are very responsive via email, text, phone, or AirBnB app. We do not live on premises but are close by should any problems arise. We are located in a quiet neighborhood near Gardner-Webb. It's within walking distance of Main Street in Boiling Springs, NC and only 3 miles from the Broad River.
